Cancellations received in writing prior to September 1st 2025 will be refunded less $25 administrative cost and no refunds will be provided after this. If the event were to be cancelled due to unanticipated circumstances a refund of registration fees less payment processing fee will be arranged. All fees mentioned are in AUD.
